Pitch objectives to increase downloads, utilisation, and overall brand awareness

Upon review of the RFP, we recognized that merely advertising TBC's features and benefits would not effectively enhance brand awareness for both the company and its offerings. Therefore, we began by differentiating the payment app, BenefitPay, from its other products. This clarity significantly reduced the confusion between TBC the company and BenefitPay the app. Additionally, we devised a comprehensive yearlong digital marketing strategy featuring rewards and prizes for utilizing the app, supported by ‘through the line’ marketing strategies.

We recognized that a good card design alone wouldn’t fully capture the aspirations of the bank. Thus, we extended our focus beyond just the card design and explored production possibilities before finalizing our designs. This approach not only enhanced our brand awareness but also ensured that our marketing strategies were effective. It allowed our team to create designs that were centered on the end product, rather than merely presenting a flat design.

MAKING PERSONAL FINANCE, PERSONAL

Personal Finance is one of the most important and lead products of a bank.

The challenge we were presented with was to cater to the consumer psyche regarding personal finance and enhance brand awareness to make it stand out from the crowd. 


An easy-to-the-eye and mind communication was the need of the hour. A ‘corporate’ tone of communication would not solve the issue. We had to be warm, personal, and casual to align with effective digital marketing strategies. Thus, we created ‘Abood’, your friendly finance guy!
